Now on View: Archetypes

A wide angle view of an art museum gallery. In the foreground is a white, half-wall with five images hung on it. In the background are large, colorful portraits of women hung on walls. The room has light brown, hardwood floors.

A series of works Now on View come from the screenprint artist, Chuck Sperry. He has over 90 hand-printed portraits in the exhibit, Chuck Sperry: Archetypes. These colorful works will be on display at FWMoA through August 9th.

Artist Interview: Joel Daniel Phillips

Therefore, we jumped on the opportunity to speak with Joel Daniel Phillips about his life-size charcoal portraits, where his art is taking him next, and if he'll ever try using color!
